By signing this document, you acknowledge & agree to the following:
I/We hereby agree that the condition of my/our occupation of the rental unit premises that the owner/operator shall not be responsible and /or liable for any accident or bodily injury to any person or loss or damage brought by me/us upon the premises whether arising from fire, theft, or from any other cause & by whomsoever caused or arising from negligence (gross or otherwise) or the wrongful act of any person among the employees of the owner/operator. I/We whether or not I/We occupy the room in the Residence premises, am/are deemed to contract with the owner/operator in this basis.
I/We expressly consent and grant permission to Somabay Holidays to collect , collate, process or distribute my personal information disclosed herein, for the purpose of GUEST loyalty, subject to the following terms & conditions:
1. Shall remain authorized as aforesaid, until 5 (five) business days after it receives written notice from me withdrawing such permission.
2. Somabay Holidays shall ensure that all necessary and reasonable steps shall be taken to secure any personal information disclosed by me herein but shall not be liable for any disclosure and/or use, or loss or damage incurred as a result of such disclosure and/or use, of such personal information.
3. Somabay Holidays may use any personal information to communicate directly with me from time to time, unless I/we have expressly objected as per the Check Box: Please exclude me from direct communication via emails/sms/telephone/pos etc.
4. Somabay Holidays may only distribute my personal information to its bona fide suppliers & other business associates or suppliers or partners, or otherwise with my express permission.
5. Check-out time is 12:00 noon
6. Check-in time is 3:00 PM
7. Late check-in after 06:00 PM will incur extra charge of 1 Night.
8. Unit Insurance: Equivalent of 9500 EGP to be collected either with online payment or upon arrival & it will be refunded back to client upon check out after checking the unit for any damage may occur, in case if the unit intact the amount will be refunded in full
I acknowledge that the wireless internet connection is unsecured and that I utilize the internet at my own risk. I hereby indemnify and hold Somabay Holidays harmless against any loss or harm however so arising direct or indirect, from the dissemination of any data through the use of your internet facilities.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, NO fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of a NO-SHOW, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Early departures (prior to originally booked date) will attract a charge equal to full amount of the original reservation.
Positive ID is required upon check-in at the City Gate.
Any cancellation received within 7 day prior to arrival will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at the rental unit will be treated as a no-show without refund. Early departures will attract full payment required.
I, the undersigned, agree to bind myself to the conditions of the Residence of Somabay Holidays.
Payment Policy:
100% prepayment is required no later than 7 days prior to arrival. 20% deposit is required at reservation time.
Cancellation Policy:
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival. Reservations made 7 days or less prior to arrival are non-refundable.
Location Instruction:
You can order a taxi through Somabay Holidays Shuttle Bus to collect you from the Airport and drive you to the exact door of the property. Please Communicate with us to arrange for the collection. The driver will wait for you with a sign of your name at the Airport gate.
Otherwise, you can take a taxi towards the property address. An email will be sent to you with the exact address of the house and the password to your key lock.
