Designed by award winning Gary Player & Tim Lobb, the course stretches across the spectacular Red Sea coastline offering a heavenly layout for golf afficionados.
There are also several courses available through the on-site Academy. From children’s foot golf to beginner and intermediate competencies, qualified and experienced PGA instructors are eager to share their expertise and help you score that birdie!
Sports Arena
Positioned to become Egypt’s leading sports tourism destination, Somabay recently launched its world class Sports Arena, dedicated to serve and inspire Egyptian and international athletes.
With several exciting partnerships in place, the Sports Arena is home to a diverse array of sports under the passionate management and coaching efforts of some of the best athletes in Egypt. We’re proud to partner with OneFlow, a Germany based leading provider of professional international aquatics programs. We’re also thrilled to have Mohamed and Hend Safwat onboard our tennis facilities, which have recently expanded with the addition of 12 international-standard tennis courts and training camps in partnership with the International Tennis Federation.
The launch was a spectacular event showcasing the power of international collaborations and athletic partnership, promoting sports as a unifying human endeavour. The launch was led by a training for the Slovak National Team and was attended by several dignitaries and VIP guests including the Slovak Ambassador Lenka Mihalikova.
